How do I calculate shipping costs?
You can estimate your shipping costs at any time by clicking on the shopping cart logo and then going to “Estimate Shipping Costs” at the bottom of the page.
Our system will calculate shipping cost on the process of purchase. Shipping and handling fee varies according to item weight. Every product has its own weight, shown in product description page.
How can I track my package?
Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to Air Mail, EMS, DHL or other website, depending on who shipped your package. From there you can use the tracking code to track your package.
You can also track your order in My Orders:
1. Sign into your account and click My Orders.
2. Click on the order you want to track.
3. Click 'Shipments'.
4. Click on the tracking link alongside the shipping information.
Note: unfortunately tracking is not always available for Super Saver Shipping.
5. You will then be taken to the shipping company's website where you can enter your tracking number and find out where your package is.
When will I receive my items after I place an order?
There are two key factors that will decide when you will receive your items.
- Shipping Method: Delivery time varies by shipping method.
Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from.
- Item Processing Time: There are different processing times for different items.
Average processing time is 1 to 5 working days (Excluded wedding/events apparel and customs made items); however, this varies by according to the item’s stock status.
Do you ship the item to my country?
Normally, most of the items on our website can be shipped to most countries in the world. However, different shipping methods may have different limitations on the delivery destination. There we suggest you to contact us and make sure whether items can be shipped to your country using a specific shipping method.
How do I combine shipping?
If you are interested in combining orders into one shipment and you have purchased all items from the same seller, click “Leave Message” to inquire about available shipping options.
How do I calculate shipping cost?
On shopping cart page, you can click “Calculate” to input the item’s quantity and the destination country and see the total shipping cost.
Why is the shipping cost on some items so high?
The delivery cost depends on which shipping method you choose, where your delivery destination is and shipping time. For example, the delivery cost can have ten dollars difference between using DHL as opposed to EMS. We suggest you to choose one that best meets your demands on price and delivery time.
If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?
It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country’s custom policies.
If the Package held by Customs, who will be responsible for Package clearance?
If the items are detained by Customs after the shipment has been left China, the buyer is responsible for clearance of the detained items.
If a very large order is delivered from China to my country, will customs seize my order?
Yes, it is a possibility. We suggest you to ask us in advance to split your orders into several smaller packages, to be shipped out on different days to avoid possible seizure.
What if my parcel is seized by customs?
If your items can not be cleared at customs, you need to provide us with the letter authorized by customs stating why they will seize it, and you can apply fully refund.
How do I change the shipping method?
Once you have placed an order, then the shipping method cannot be changed anymore unless we accept other shipping methods at the same price.
How do I change my shipping address?
If your order has been placed, you can’t change your shipping address.
How can I tell if my items have been shipped or not?
When items shipped out, the order will be filled into folder “shipped” in your account. You can either click the order number to find the track code. Also, eFoxcity.net will send you a system email and inform the shipping details after the shipment. You can track the item delivery status online with the tracking code provided by us.
What could cause an invalid tracking code?
Invalid tracking numbers could be due to:
a) The shipping company hasn’t updated the recent delivery information to their website.
b) The tracking code was not correct.
c) The parcel has been delivered a long time ago. Some shipping companies will remove the tracking code history.
What happens if the tracking number is invalid?
The tracking information normally appears after 1-2 days. If you cannot find a tracking number after a long time,please contact us.
Customs & Import Tax
Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.
eFoxcity.net doesn't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country. Besides, your postal service might charge you if you are out of its door to door delivery zone.
Therefore, we cannot offer advice about taxes or extra fees in your country. As the buyer, you might need to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by putting instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We are more than happy to follow your instructions.
